TEMPO Interactive, Bandung: The West Java Provincial Government has allocated a fund of Rp5 billion to take care of water sources in cavities in North Bandung.
In the initial stage, this will be conducted in the foothills of of Manglayang Mountain, Padasuka area.
“This year we will focus on water conservation in the North Bandung area,” said the Head of the West Java Forestry Office, Anang Sudama, yesterday.
The same government had planned the expansion of the Juanda Forest Park, from 526 hectares to 2,750 hectare, spread from fractured area in Lembang, West Bandung, to West Manglayang, Sumedang Regency.
